We use outdoor pursuits in our programmes, but we utilize these as a medium to create simulated management tasks which empower people, improve your Teams performance and help individuals and managers change attitudes in their thinking towards achieving tasks in the work place. We provide tasks which are fun to do, Team Based, but individuals can still learn new skills. We use experiential learning techniques i.e. learning by doing, working in teams, having individual roles within the Team, but having common goals to achieve the tasks presented.

Team Building & Personal Development
Designed to meet the specific aims & objectives of your organisation. We enhance Key / Life skills required in your personnel Workforce and encourage good teamwork & high motivation in achieving the task. We also believe these programmes should be fun to do and are enjoyable when working as a team. The courses are aimed at newly formed Teams, Supervisors Managers or Individuals working in key areas such as sales teams or administration staff, recent promotion or fast track employees due to company re-organisation. All abilities are catered for on the course.
